VHSoft Showcases Strength

VHSoft Technologies Co. Ltd participated in the Future Outlook of Construction IT, an industry forum and exhibition organized by HKIA, HKIE (IT & Civil Divisions), HKIS & HKPC, on 28th - 30th June, 2001.

Mr Conrad Wong, CEO of VHSoft Technologies, gave a presentation entitled "How to Apply Construction IT and Become a Winner Instead of a Loser" to industry figures at the forum. Also COO, Mr Hubert Mak presented "A Myth of e-Project Management" at the forum. Furthermore, a technical workshop demonstrating the advantages of VHSoft's latest e-project management solution, VHBuild was given by its project manager, Mr. Matthew Robertson and solution consultant, Mr. Koeman Chan.

A team of VHSoft solution consultants and technical officers lined up in the exhibition booth to showcase VHBuild , as well as an advanced drawing management solution, VHDrawings and an automatic steel reinforcement measurement solution, VHStation to participants of the annual industrial conference. These sophisticated solutions attracted many potential buyers and generated great interest within the industry.

As part of the programme of the Future Outlook of Construction IT forum, VHSoft Technologies title-sponsored the "Innovative Construction IT Application Competition 2001", an activity aiming to encourage students and professionals to explore their innovative and creative ideas related to construction IT applications and to promote their IT awareness. The competition attracted many enthusiastic entries which was adjudicated upon by a professional panel.

The winners are the Champion, Ms Kan Yuen Yi, 1st Runner Up, Ms Li Wing Man, and the 2nd Runner Up, Mr Wong Hon Lung. An award presentation was held during the open ceremony of the event.
