Customization of Risk Management Solution for ASD has been completed
The enhancement of VHSoft's Systematic Risk Management System (VHRMS)
for Architectural Services Department (ASD) to achieve better information integrity in the delivery of projects
has been completed at the end of April 2007.
This secured and comprehensive platform is enhanced to facilitate the external consultants to use VHRMS for the outsourced projects, to support users to apply VHRMS for the projects that are not included in ASD's intranet. (e.g. maintenance term contract) and to allow colleagues who are not recorded as the project members of the
intranet system to view or edit the project risk register where necessary.
The new customized VHRMS provides standalone PC version for external consultants
to process risk registers and the information submitted by them can be stored in the centralized system.
VHRMS is a user-friendly computer system with functions of risk context establishment, risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation and risk treatment and project-risk template maintenance.
