VHSiS Offers a Comprehensive Solution Complying with SATM for Construction Industry

VHSiS, the Smartcard Intelligent System developed by VHSoft, suits the needs of the construction industry for standing to the Construction Workers Registration Ordinance (CWRO) and for facilitating human resources management.

Under CWRO, starting from 1 September 2007, all main contractors and nominated sub-contractors (NSC) have to submit the electronic Daily Attendance Report (DAR) to the Construction Workers Registration Authority (CWRA) every week and the GF527 Report to tenants and the Census Department every month.

VHSiS is an ideal solution for construction companies to meet the requirements of CWRA and to enhance management. It fully complies with CWRA's Computerized Registration Management System (CRMS) - Site Attendance Module (SATM) and offers a one-stop solution from worker registration, card issuance, attendance capture to report generation and wage calculation.

With VHSiS, companies can centralize staff registration with association of either Company Smart Card or CWRA card and set up a comprehensive repository of worker information that can be shared to all sites.

The PDA module of VHSiS enables users to capture daily in / out records with PDA and upload them into VHSiS server. Users can also synchronize the data in PDA with the server so that they can track the worker information and attendance history using PDA.

Attendance data can be easily consolidated in VHSiS for the purpose of generating reports including DAR, GF527 & GF527A, Qualify Tradesman Reports (QTR) and Labour Relationship Officer (LRO) Reports that match each others. Other payment-related and management reports such as Payment Report with Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) calculation, Exception Report and Audit Report can also be generated with a few clicks in VHSiS.
