VHBuild , a web-based
secure project management and collaboration platform developed
by VHSoft, served as an online application for government
project - Design & Construction of ICAC Headquarters
Building recently.
As part of the policy formulation
of the "Digital 21 Information Technology (IT) Strategy" of the e-Government, all documents of a construction project
are preferred by relative departments to be maintained in
electronic copies concurrently. In this regard, an online
project and document management system that serves as a
repository with secured & structured folders to archive
all the e-copies become essential when there are hundreds
& thousands of documents to be circulated and exchanged
by numerous authorized parties within a project.
VHBuild provides a real-time
project workplace to share, distribute and retrieve project
information such as site photographs, correspondence, construction drawings, electronic forms and schedules. Project-critical information can be delivered effectively and securely, inter-project and internal team communications and collaboration is streamlined.
By using real-time web-cam,
daily progress photos and working programs sharing, actual
site activities, schedules and progress can be monitored,
achieving instant project monitoring for timely review and
action.
