VHSoft Facility Management
System improves operational efficiencies & reducing risk
VHSoft has recently launched
its 1st space planning and maintenance application which helps
facility managers, space planners and plant maintenance professionals
to manage and access as-built records at ease, avoiding lengthy
infrastructure downtime, as well as improving operational
efficiencies and reducing risk.
With such a customizable and scalable
system that possesses the capability to track occupancies,
expenses, costs, relocation of equipment and personnel, as
well as to determine space usage and perform analysis, facility
managers can now ensure that every change made on a drawing
is truly reflected. VHFMS is also equipped with VHSoft's two
advanced CAD applications, VHDrawings (a Drawing Management
module) and VHInterior (a Pattern/Furniture & Space Recognition
module), to synchronize data-driven facilities management
CAD drawings with architectural drawings. This helps space
planners to effectively eliminate discrepancies between the
as-built environment and facilities management drawings.
VHFMS possesses a few core modules which includes Space Management,
Properties' Operational and Financial Management, Furniture
& Equipment Management, Drawings Management, Administration
Module, Enquiry/Reporting Module and Location Summary with
Map/Building Graphic Presentation.
