VHBuild 2006 is now available
with more functions for better communications
In order to provide better communication
and collaboration online platform, various new features are
now available at VHBuild version 2006.
Key functions include quick view browser
with slide show function in "What's New" module
that hugely reduces the actual viewing time from 20 minutes
down to 6 minutes; a new reminder module to alert users about
the project status (such as "Ahead","Today",
"Overdue") with critical tasks and deadline; enhanced
project emails to handle incoming and outgoing documents in
a more systematic manner for both VHBuild users and non-VHBuild
users; "List Mode" and "Map Mode" interfaces
for users to locate projects' information conveniently; project
summary page is improved with more detailed information which
can be viewed on the same page; as well as an automatic alerting
message in " What's New" & "Reminder"
to notify revised or replied RFI, coupled with more information
in the RFI summary with updated status.
