Access Control Recording System (ACRS)

VHSmart ACRS module, is a smart card system developed by VHSoft, facilitates organization to enforce security control on construction sites for authorized personnel. It includes the centralized worker registration, attendance taking with biometric authentication at diversified locations, attendance tracking and reporting.

Registration

Fully comply with Construction Workers Registration Authority (CWRA) and Attendance Module System (SATM).
Support CWRA card or company smart card.
Support centralized registration & multiple sites access control configuration of staff and/or workers.

Batch updating of missing In/Out Records
Wage calculation: schedule of wages, overtime payment (OT), MPF against daily attendance, sub-contractor¡¦s payment of wages
Quick rectification of workers with correct trades on a specific working date (e.g. for GF527, GF527A and QTR)
Sub-contractor's self-maintenance capability (daily record, report, payment)
