Electronic Patrol System

VHSmart™ Electronic Patrol is a one- stop patrol and issue monitoring system. It includes schedule and ad- hoc routine tracking, issue and incident logging, check point scan (NFC) and job and message broadcast.

VHSmart™ Electronic Permit instantly notifies permit status, verifies worker qualification, and allows precaution checklist checking and offline workflow operation.

Site safety officer can easily retrieve relevant works information and location information using the QR code
Perform site inspection by taking photo on defects. The user can mark the defect spot of unsafe area and classify the photo in different area of concerns such as safety with risk assessment together with supplementary written or voice message
By using a job dispatch function, the subcontractor can receive a notification and the defect report in real-time

Material Tracking

Mobile Progress Monitoring

By defining the sequence of trades (or works) of a works order, site administrator or management can monitor the progress of a works order by the status (not yet start, in progress and completion) at different trades.
For example, a works order (works order no.: 00611) includes ten trades in sequence (1. preparation work (事前準備), 2. demolition work (打拆), 3. material handling (上料), 4. waterproof preparation (防水前準備), etc.
When the worker starts the first trade: preparation work (事前準備), he needs to take site photos at three stages of this trade: before works, work in progress and completion.
After completing the first trade, worker can work on the second trade: demolition work (打拆) and so on.
After the worker uploaded the photo by trade with stages to the system, site administrator or management can review the latest progress of works order at any time.
Remedial actions can be taken immediately when there is any delay or defect at work. By using the mobile progress monitoring, it can significantly improve the quality of work.

Asset Management

With the use of QR code, we can keep track of locations of all assets and minimize the asset lost in construction site.
Besides, we can improve the site safety by a clear detail of expiry date of assets, last check date and next schedule check date.

Mobile Safety Instruction Site safety officer can real-time retrieve site instruction, method statement and operation manual at any remote site locations through mobile wireless connection. It improves the efficiency of performing risk assessment at time-critical or high-risk situations.
Mobile Training Improve efficiency by recording worker’s training attendances such as morning exercise and safety tool box training by tapping worker’s smart card. Besides, workers can sign on the mobile as a signature endorsement for training. Using the wireless connectivity, the training records for workers shall be updated to central server in real time. Site safety officer can review up-to-date worker’s qualifications when assigning job to appropriate person while performing high risks works.
Mobile Safety Warning to Workers Site safety officer can easily record safety warning when he/she found any unsafe act by worker by tapping his/her smart card. Improve quality by providing relevant training to workers.

Solution Price

The pricing model for our mobile solution is on a rental basis.
The monthly charge is based on the number of mobile licenses, with a minimum of five mobile licenses and one year contract.
A discount will be offered for customer who signed one year contract with ten or above mobile licenses.
The pricing model is simple and the users can estimate the budget with ease. They don’t need to worry about the hardware cost, software cost, setup cost, support cost, etc.

Our mobile solution is very practical to all users. Users can bring your own device (BYOD) with suggested model of Android phone.

Solution Flexibility
